Steak Sandwich with Beetroot Relish @ Cheshire, Preston - Day 39

For some reason Regent is a hot spot for cool cafes and brunch places. and, perhaps even better than a short walk, Regent is a really nice 2km ride up along the trainline, making it feel special everytime we ride up there for brunch.

The steak sandwich at Cheshire is particularly good but not quite as good as the fantastical Beef Burger with Beetroot Relish that was a special the first time we visited and has never been sighted since!
